Ghost Score 8.7 : It was a fun evening eating at the Chef’s Table. Endive Salad with gorgonzola, ginger gold apples, marcona almonds and a vinaigrette. Gnocco Fritto, burrata, prosciutto di parma and soppressata. Finally, Spaghettini with Maine lobster, pomodoro, calabrian chiles, fennel, garlic, basil and breadcrumbs. Enjoyed with a Red Siciliane Rosso.
