Ghost Score 8.9: Bar seat at the Four Seasons I enjoyed the people watching however the service was not the best. The bartender made my straight bourbon as a Old Fashioned not once but twice. However, the food was excellent. Rigatoni Carbonara with guanciale, spring peas, egg, tellicherry peppercorn and pecorino romano. 8 oz Tenderloin with seared foie gras and chimichurri.
