Located in the St. Regis on Longboat Key, the bartender was very attentive and super friendly. I started with the scallop crudo brightened by Thai basil and chive — delicate, clean, and balanced. The filet topped with foie gras butter was rich and indulgent, cooked to perfection. Creamed corn with lime and cotija offered a creamy, slightly tangy counterpoint that complemented the richness of the beef. Enjoyed the meal with a pour of Blanton’s.
