Chorizo Platter : Grilled Argentina, Colombian, and Uruguay sausage, chimichurri, mini corn arepas.
Wagyu Beef Pinchos : Wood grilled American wagyu beef skewers with a side of chimichurri.
Crab Taquitos : Blue crab with avocado, pico de gallo, ají Amarillo aioli, and topped with micro cilantro and black sesame seeds.
Mama’s Pasta Verde with Vacio Steak : Pasta tossed in a roasted poblano cream sauce, fried yucas, served with Argentine vacio steak.

To drink: Cachaça, fresh lime, and brown sugar.
