Scales, Portland, ME

Ghost Score 8.7 : I sat at the bar at Scales which is full of life and energy. I started with a dozen oysters and Cloverleaf Rolls. I also had Tuna Crudo which was very fresh and my main dish was Seared Scallops with roasted peppers, smoked bacon and creamed corn. Enjoyed with a glass of Blantons on a rock.
