Ghost Score 8.2 : In the heart of Old Port, I was sat at the Chef’s counter. A wonderful way to eat, Central Provisions offers small plates with seasonally inspired dishes. Chopped Salad, Charred Summer Squash, Smoked Carrots, a classic Bone Barrow Toast, Lamb Kielbasa, Caramelized Sheep’s Cheese and my favorite Seared Foie Gras. It was great watching everyone working their stations and the restaurant had a great vibe. Enjoyed with a glass of Blanton’s.
